Dove is well known for it's classic white bar soap, although lately they have been undergoing somewhat of a facelift. Over the last two years Dove has revamped it's image, launched an extensive skincare range and most recently introduced hair and body care lines.

Dove's main angle is that they cater to their customers - real women. Dove has invested heavily in advertising campiagns that feature real women as opposed to models. The jury is still out on whether we are buying all this, perhaps the final judgement rests with the effectiveness of the product itself.
